Judicial auctions in Dota, San José

Before you bid

This platform is informational. It does not conduct auctions, it is not legal advice and it does not replace the official publication. A bidder is normally required to post a deposit of 50 % of the applicable opening price, subject to the notice and to the court's instructions — confirm the amount and the method with the court before transferring any money.

• ▸Confirm the status of the auction directly with the court.
• ▸Check the National Registry for liens and annotations.
• ▸Find out whether anyone is living on the property.
• ▸Check easements and whether there is real access from a public street.
• ▸Check environmental restrictions and the maritime-terrestrial zone.
• ▸Confirm that water and electricity are actually available.
• ▸Request the land-use certificate from the municipality.
• ▸Do not send money on the strength of this app alone.
