Daily
The Judicial Bulletin is read the day it comes out.
An auction is called up to three times. Every time nobody bids, the floor drops — and it drops hard. It is the mechanism that turns a property nobody wanted into one worth driving out to see.
1st
The opening price the court published, undiscounted.
2nd
Called only if the first one drew no bidder.
3rd
The last one. Nothing follows it.
Every property gets a mark from 0 to 100. It is not an opinion: it is the sum of what can be verified from the notice and the survey plan, with every point justified and visible on the listing.
Open any property and you get the full breakdown: what added points, what took them away, and which piece of data each one came from.
Not by district name. The registered plan is matched against the national registry, so the dot on the map is the land itself, not the middle of the county.
Each call that draws no bidder lowers the floor: the second is 25 % off and the third is 75 % off. You can see at a glance which ones are already discounted.

When someone stops paying a debt secured by a mortgage or lien, a collections court orders the asset sold at public auction. The notice is published in the Judicial Bulletin with the opening price, the date and the case number. If nobody bids, it is called again at a lower floor, up to three times.
The court sets the opening price, the date and the time. We read it the day it comes out.
Survey plan, area, boundaries and liens against the National Registry, plus real driving time to the coast or to San José.
The score weighs all of that according to the strategy you pick: to live in, to rent, to resell, or beachfront.
Filter by province, budget and area. What you see is what the Judicial Bulletin published, ordered by what is worth a look.
